Doha British School Al Wakra is an IB World School and the school has been recognized by British Schools Overseas (BSO) in its June 2017 inspection report as being "One of the leading BSO schools in the world."

As part of our strategy towards meeting this vision, we seek accreditation from a number of independent bodies who assess and inspect the quality of teaching and learning and the standards of management and leadership at DBS and provide a formal report on their findings. These inspections provide assurance to parents that DBS has met exceptional quality standards and any areas of improvement can be highlighted and targeted.

The school’s purpose-built facilities are Great Facilities to support academic and wider learning. We have all necessary facilities in our campus including library, music room, science laboratory, indoor gymnasium, computer room, outdoor games court, EYFS Adventure Playground and Cafeteria.
